Rachel Fiset on CBSLA discusses the ramifications of Blake Lively having 10 of her 13 claims dismissed against Justin Baldoni and what part of the case remains intact. The judge found she could not escape her status as an independent contractor, which afforded her less protections. The Court handed down a 152 page opinion, which also noted that there is some creative license given to actors that seems to provide some cover to Baldoni on what she alleged was harassment… Will they settle?
