Benjamin Heller is counsel at RFZ Law. Benjamin’s practice includes civil litigation and government investigations in both federal and state courts.
Benjamin has a rich and diverse litigation background representing clients in high-stakes commercial matters, complex plaintiff’s side injury and employment litigation, healthcare litigation, Qui Tam whistleblower actions, Title IX proceedings, and appeals. Benjamin’s clients range from Fortune 500 companies and small-to-mid sized companies to individuals in their personal capacity and class actions. Benjamin’s experience representing both defendant-side and plaintiff-side clients allows him to employ a dynamic and creative approach to quickly analyze new cases and develop strategies that align with his clients’ goals. He has been recognized by his peers five years running as a Super Lawyer, Rising Star.
Prior to joining RFZ Law, Benjamin worked as an associate at two respected boutique firms in California and Arizona. Benjamin received his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rodgers College of Law, where he served as a managing editor on the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy and as a legal research representative for Bloomberg Law. Additionally, while attending the University of Arizona, Benjamin externed for the Hon. Charles Pyle, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Prior to attending law school, Benjamin received his B.A. in Government from the College of William and Mary.
