Nathalie Lopez

Nathalie Lopez is an accomplished litigator with more than a decade of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation matters in federal and state courts and arbitration. She handles high-stakes disputes involving catastrophic personal injury and mass torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud, self-dealing, breach of contract, and consumer protection matters.

A significant portion of Nathalie’s practice is devoted to representing individuals, families, and businesses impacted by devastating wildfires and other catastrophic events. In these matters, Nathalie brings both a rigorous litigation approach and a deep understanding of the personal and financial toll her clients face. She is a tireless advocate who works closely with clients to develop strategies that are practical, focused, and designed to achieve meaningful results.

Nathalie represents clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and strategic case development through discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, arbitration, and appeal. She brings extensive experience litigating complex disputes in arbitral forums, including AAA and ADR Services, and is known for her disciplined case strategy, clear communication, and commitment to advancing her clients’ objectives.

Before entering private practice, Nathalie served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Deborah J. Saltzman of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. She also clerked with the Office of General Counsel for the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District and Samsung C&T. Nathalie earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Chicano/a Latino/a Law Review and Vice President of the Latinx Law Students Association, formerly La Raza Law Students Association. During law school, she also served as an extern for Public Counsel and the Children’s Defense Fund.

Nathalie is an active member of the Orange County Women Lawyers Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
